Running a Christmas raffle? We’ll give you the star prize.

Calling all Eastbourne charities, CICs and grassroots voluntary clubs. The Eastbourne Neighbourhood Board has teamed up with the Eastbourne News to give away 40 free festive hampers to use as raffle prizes this Christmas.

A great prize sells tickets

Every day, we see community groups across our town do incredible work on tiny budgets. Recognising that Christmas is a key fundraising time, we are donating 40 festive hampers as fundraising raffle prizes to local not-for-profit voluntary groups. Lovingly created by local business Send a Smile, each hamper is packed with delicious Christmas goodies and local products – making ideal raffle prizes.

Chair of the Eastbourne Neighbourhood Board Richard Garland says: “Eastbourne’s charities, community groups and voluntary clubs are the heartbeat of our town. We know how hard they work to raise money at Christmas, and the Pride in Place fund can support the amazing work they do. A beautiful festive hamper makes a fantastic raffle prize, and we want to help local groups right across Eastbourne smash their fundraising targets.”
